Youth4CAN is among the 12 consortium partners implementing the Erasmus+ European-funded SYNAPSE project in Africa and Europe. The 3-year Virtual Exchange Project will connect young people across Italy, Spain, Nigeria, Kenya, Namibia, Ethiopia, and Malawi to co-create solutions for today’s most pressing global challenges. As a Namibian partner, Youth4CAN brings youth engagement expertise to the partnership and will coordinate youth engagement activities of the project, amongst other partners.
SYNAPSE is a systems-thinking learning and exchange platform that equips young people to understand global challenges in a connected, holistic way. Rather than viewing issues in isolation, participants explore how challenges are interlinked and how effective solutions require collaboration, innovation, and shared understanding across cultures and borders.
